I strongly believe that all media is basically social. Or do you think that the invention of the book was meant to be a crime against humanity? It's just that the metamorphosis of the currently relevant media occurs ever more often. We need to run to keep up with the changes that Facebook and Twitter bring to our lives.
Nothing new, just new clothes
And while the form of the media changes all the time, its basic rules stay the same: be nice, be social! The ClueTrain Manifesto says it best: "Speak with a human voice!" Most people just forget about this, when they are running after the last technological trend. Use the technology, but be true to your values! Understand the unknown first, then adapt it to your needs!
